From early on, Denise has had a passion for sports and has been fascinated by body mechanics and human movement. Those interests set her on a course in the fitness field which she has been following for the past 35 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, a UCLA Extension Certificate in Fitness Instruction, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer certification, and countless of hours of continuing education which Denise believes is vitally important because “the fitness world is constantly evolving.”
Trained through Pilates Institute of Southern California, Pilates has been a part of her world since she became certified in 2009. Designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and mental awareness, Denise believes Pilates makes a perfect workout for everyone, no matter what is your fitness level.
